Ingredients 1 cup previously blanched chick pea 1 mid size sweet potato diced 0ri 34 kale leaves chopped ¼ of sweet onion diced 1 tbs of coconut oil 1 tbs of lemon juice Salt, Pepper Directions1 1 On a heated pan add coconut oil , sweet potato let it fry for 1-2 min , add onion and stir it for another 1 or 2 min. 2 Add little water close the lid and let it cook until it ready on a small fire . 3 In the end add chopped kale, salt , pepper , lemon juice , stir for 1-2 min . 4 Ready to serve !
