Visit recommended I stumbled on Shasha Co. as I would always search for good food when I visit new areas. I learnt a lot just in the short time about the benefits of sprouted bean and lentils. They have developed a lot of derivative products like sourdough bread, biscuits, cookies and many others. I just missed out on some pastries as they were all gone... That's how good they are. They have sprouted products on discount and I stocked up mega. I look forward to coming back.Posted on Google![]()

I've driven past this bakery regularly when I visit the nearby Costco store. I saw the sign for sourdough bread and wanted to check it out. Gaining access to the retail store wasn't easy, and after being let inside, there wasn't much bread available. No croissants, just some round loaves. I purchased a loaf for $8.99, despite it having a strange texture to it and a soft crust, unlike any sourdough I have ever purchased. Brought it home for the wife and I to try. No sourdough aroma. Toasted it, smeared with butter, no sourdough taste, in fact, didn't much taste like bread at all. Wife made me throw it in the green bin. Did I really pay $9 for day-old mystery bread?
