Meatless Monday Recipe: Sprouted Grain Hummus

 450g of sprouted Bio-Bud™
 ¼ cup olive oil
 1/2 cup lemon juice
 1 tsp. garlic
 1 tsp. paprika Salt and pepper to taste
 grains (Mung, Adzuki, or Lentils)

Soak 450g of mung beans, adzuki beans or lentils in cold water for 7 hours. Using 4 litres of boiling water, cook mung beans and lentils for 5 minutes and the adzuki for 12 minutes. Then rinse under very cold water for three minutes. Puree grains using a blender and add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on toasted Spelt bread or Lavash.
